This product is great. It offers many fun games and activities as well as workouts. Its comments are sometimes a bit harsh, but overall, a very good product. I think its focus on balance and the low impact nature of the workouts and games would be a great benefit for older people.

I am 60 and obese. I love working out with this. It gives me a great workout, is entertaining, and has lots of variety.

I’m fit and most of my workouts do not involve the Wii Fit. However the Wii fit has some fun games that help me mix up my workouts and focus on areas that my normal workouts don’t develop as much like the balance exercises. It also provides a handy way to log all my fitness activities. I think this product would also be good for people who are trying to get fit.

The WII Fit games which come with the board are fabulous. They encourage you to continue because you forget what you are doing. Biking across the island is fun! The only thing that would make it better would be more instruction when beginning. I found using the board and finding the trails confusing at first and there is definitely a learning curve. However, would make the purchase again.

Wish there were more options but it’s really fun and can be addictive.

I barely use it but my wife does use it a log.
